We couldn’t do what we do without our entire team (and family!).
Our Founders, Kate and Ben are parents to 6 children, ranging from 10 years down to 6 months.
They are a homesteading, homeschooling family who also have 16 chickens and an extensive garden.
They love teaching their kids to enjoy and be good stewards of the Earth, on and off the job.
The Home Office Earthley team is made up of a powerful group of women.
They work tirelessly to create all our products by hand, as well as package them, label them, ship them, and handle customer service.
They also help with social media and marketing.
We are not only a family company, but a family-friendly company.
Our team gets to choose their own work schedules (for the most part) and kids are welcome at the office in their own space.
We treat our team like we think that every company should!

WHY EARTHLEY?
Earthley is not an MLM, though they do offer an Affiliate Program. We are called Earthologists. What this means is that you can register with the company to sell their products and earn commissions, however, there is no team building, so you don't have to worry about recruiting, because there are no down line incentives.
Affiliates can earn 15-20% commission on personal sales and earn extra bonuses.
Affiliates also get a personal discount on their own orders. There is no enrollment fee, nor any website fees, and our products are naturally made, using the highest quality organic ingredients.
Earthley is still a small business and every product is made and labeled by hand.
